Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Westmead 31 March

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.

Karina Swan, aged 44, was last seen at a medical facility in Westmead, about 3:30pm last Wednesday (25 March 2026).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for Karina's welfare as she lives with a medical condition.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 170cm-175cm tall, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes. She also has a black heart tattoo under her left eye.

She was last seen wearing green shorts and a green jumper.

Karina is known to frequent the Granville, Parramatta and Merrylands areas.
