Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Tweed Heads 6 April

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the far north coast.

Alison McKelvey, aged 50, was last seen in the Tweed Heads/Coolangatta area on Thursday 19 March 2026.

When she couldn't be located or contacted, officers attached to Tweed/Byron Police District were notified on Wednesday 24 March 2026 and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Alison's welfare as she lives with a medical condition.

Alison is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of medium build, with short brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black singlet, grey shorts, blue cap and black thongs.

Alison is known to frequent the Tweed Heads and Coolangatta areas.
