Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's south west.
Shui Tai Cheung, aged 90, was last seen at her home on Albion Avenue, Merrylands, about 2pm yesterday (Sunday 27 February 2022).
When she could not be located, Shui was reported missing to officers from Cumberland Police Area Command who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Shui is described as being of Asian appearance, solid build, 140cm tall, dark medium length hair, brown eyes and walks with a stoop. She has a hearing impairment and speaks only Cantonese and Shanghai.
She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, grey long trousers and in possession of a trolley.
Shui is known to frequent the Merrylands and Parramatta areas. She also uses the rail network.
Anyone who may have seen Shui or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact either Granville Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
