Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's north west since last month.
Kylie Hasiuk, aged 42, was last seen at an address on Edgewood Drive, Hornsby, about 9pm on Tuesday 18 October 2022.
When she could not be located, officers attached to Ku-ring-gai Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare as she lives with a medical condition that requires treatment.
Kylie is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of medium build with long black hair, and is missing her front teeth.
Police believe she may be using the rail network to travel.
