Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Guyra

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the state's north.

Melissa Warner, aged 63, was last seen in Guyra on Monday 29 September 2025.

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to New England Police District were notified and inquiries commenced to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for Melissa's welfare as she lives with a number of health conditions.

Melissa is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 175cm tall, of solid build, short brown/grey hair with fair skin.

It is not known what she maybe wearing.

Melissa is known to frequent the Guyra, Armidale and Coffs Harbour areas.

Inquiries have established that she may have been in the Armidale area last Saturday (4 October 2025).
