Police appeal to locate woman missing from Sydney's east 17 October

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's east.

Eva Csanalosi, aged 62, was last seen at a hospital at Randwick about 1.30pm yesterday (Friday 16 October 2020).

When she failed to return from a nearby shopping centre on Belmore Road as planned, officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate her.

Eva is described as being of Mediterranean appearance, about 156cm tall, of large build, with black shoulder length hair and a distinctive bald patch on the top of her head.

As part of ongoing inquiries, a CCTV image of the woman from the Randwick shopping centre has been released. It depicts her wearing a pink jumper, dark blue pants, black and white sneakers and holding a yellow 'Rebel Sport' bag.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.

Anyone who sees Eva, or has any information on her whereabouts, is urged to come forward.
