Police appeals for help to locate four-month-old baby

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Raph Swinkels.

The four-month-old was last seen in the care of his mother, Brittany Lee, in Seaford about 6pm last night.

Police are concerned for the welfare of Raph and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Investigators have released an image of Brittany in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her and the childs whereabouts.

The pair were last seen in a grey 2009 Holden Captiva wagon and it is belived they may be heading to the Ballarat area.

Anyone who has information about Brittany and or her son's whereabouts is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555 or Triple Zero (000) is she is sighted.
