Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Madison Kennedy.
The 14-year-old was last seen at her home in Corio on Monday 20 January around 2.15pm.
Police have concerns for Madison's welfare due to her age.
Madison is described as 168cm tall with medium build and dark shoulder length hair.
She's known to frequent the Breakwater and Leopold areas.
Police have released an image of Madison in the hope someone may have seen her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Madison is urged to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
