Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Matt Salau.
The 25-year-old was last seen at a health facility on Kangan Drive, Berwick about 12.10pm today (22/9).
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.
Matt is known to frequent Berwick, Cranbourne and Langwarrin.
Investigators have released an image of him in the hope that someone may be able to supply information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Matt is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
