Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Portland man Matthew Sweetman.
The 36-year-old was last seen about 10.40am on 10 October on Henty Street in Portland.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due as his disappearance is out of character.
Matthew is known to frequent Portland and may have travelled to Melbourne.
Investigators have released an image of him in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Matthew is urged to contact Narre Warren Police Station on 5018 5300.
