Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Paul Waight.
The 57-year-old was last seen leaving his Wendouree home on Thursday 3 October at 1.30pm.
Paul may be driving a silver Honda CRV registered 1CB 5XU.
He is Caucasian in appearance and about 175cm tall with a medium build and fair complexion.
Investigators have released an image of Paul in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Paul is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
