Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 23-year-old Pakenham man Shaquille De Souza.
Shaquille was last seen in the Melbourne CBD about 11am on Friday 28 June.
Police and family members have concerns for his welfare as he has medical conditions and due to the length of time he has been missing.
He is described as 180cm tall with a medium build, olive complexion, black curly hair usually tied in a bun, a moustache and small goatee.
He was last seen wearing a yellow jumper and khaki coloured chino pants.
The below image of Shaquille has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Shaquille is known the frequent the Melbourne CBD area.
Anyone who sights Shaquille or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
