Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Joanne Azzopardi.
The 38-year-old left an address in Dinnell Street, Sunshine West about 8.30am on Tuesday 18 June to visit Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong.
She has not been seen or made contact with family members since.
Police and family members hold concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition and as her disappearance is out of character.
Investigators have released an image of Joanne in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Joanne was last seen wearing a grey long cardigan, black three-quarter length pants, black slide on shoes and was carrying a black handbag.
Anyone who sees Joanne or has information on her whereabouts is urged to Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
