Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Traralgon boy Jake Crerar.
Jake was last seen at Traralgon Plaza about 1.30pm on Wednesday 17 April.
Police and family have concerns for Jake due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Jake in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
