Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton South teen Kaitlyn Broadway.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Forrest Street, Melton South about 1.30pm on Thursday 5 September.
Police and family members hold concerns due to her age and the fact she has a medical condition.
Images of Kaitlyn have been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provided details on her whereabouts.
