Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Cranbourne teenager Lachlan Howe.
The 19 year-old was last seen when he left his Elizabeth street home about midday on the 26th November 2019.
Police have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character and he requires medication for a number of medical conditions that he does not have with him.
A photo has been released of Lachlan in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
Lachlan is known to frequent Frankston.
Lachlan is approximately 180cm tall, slim build, Caucasian with brown wavy hair. He often wears a baseball cap. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time he left his home.
