Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 13-year-old Lesley Johnson.
Lesley was last sighted on 28 September at approximately 1.30pm in Morwell.
Police have concerns for Lesley due to her age and a medical condition.
Lesley is approximately 160cm tall with long brown hair and green eyes.
Lesley is known to frequent the Latrobe Valley, Morwell, Moe, Leongatha and surrounding areas.
Lesley has recently been frequenting the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Police have released an image of Lesley in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
