Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Riddells Creek teenager Liam Rainford.
The 17-year-old was last seen on about 7.30pm tonight at his Whitakers Lane residence.
Police hold concerns for Liam due to his age.
Liam is about 188cm tall with a slim build and dark brown hair.
Investigators believe that Liam may be in Melbourne.
Police have released an image of Liam in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Liam is urged to contact Gisborne Police Station on 5428 2500.
