Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 17-year-old Nathan Hook.
Nathan was last seen on 24 November in the Berwick area.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Nathan is 183cm tall, slim build with short brown hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Berwick, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Hampton Park and Ballarat areas.
Police have released an image of Nathan in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
