Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Glen Waverley teen Riley Visser.
The 16-year-old was last seen at an address on Chapel Street about 6.55pm on 11 September.
Police and family members hold concerns for Riley's welfare due to his age.
Investigators have released an image of Riley in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 170cm tall with short brown hair and green eyes.
Riley is known to frequent the Ashwood area.
Anyone who sees Riley or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Glen Waverley Police Station on 9566 1555.
