Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Mooroolbark teenager Lachlan Chittleborough.
The 16-year-old was last seen at his home on Manchester Road on 3 May.
Police and family members hold concerns for Lachlan's welfare due to his age.
An image has been released of Lachlan in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Lachlan is described as about 170cm tall with a thin build and short bleached blonde hair.
Anyone who sees Lachlan or may have information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Mooroolbark Police Station on 9725 9999.
