Police appeals for help to locate woman Dawn Felstead

Police are currently searching the Sutton Grange area for missing woman Dawn Felstead.

The 73-year-old is believed to have left her Smiths Lane home about 7.30pm last night (30 April).

Police and family members hold concerns for Dawn's welfare due to her age, and also as she has dementia and other health conditions that require medication.

She may appear disoriented due to her condition.

A photo of Dawn has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.

She is described as about 160cm tall with a slim build and grey shoulder-length hair.

Dawn was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.

Police, with assistance from the Air Wing, are searching the area around Byrnes Road, Bendigo-Sutton Grange Road and Sutton Grange-Redesdale Road.

Anyone who sees Dawn or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Castlemaine Police Station on 5470 4100.
