Police appeals for help to locate woman Fatemeh Hussaini

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Narre Warren woman Fatemeh Hussaini.

The 80-year-old left her home to go for a walk about 10am this morning with her husband who was riding a push-bike.

Fatemeh stopped to rest at Jolimont Place in Narre Warren while her husband continued on.

He returned a short time later and Fatemeh was not there.

Police and family have concerns for Fatemeh's welfare due to her age and she does not speak English.

Fatemeh is Middle-eastern in appearance with a solid build and was last seen wearing a black or green headscarf and a floral dress.

Investigators have released an image of Fatemeh in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Fatemeh is urged to call Narre Warren Police Station on 9705 3111.
