Emergency services attended a fatal collision in Traralgon on 11 October.
It's believed a vehicle and a motorcycle collided on Downies Road just after 4.30pm.
The yet to be formally identified male motorcycle rider has died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured and stopped to assist at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined at this stage.
