Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash which occurred in Murrindindi this afternoon.
Investigators believe a Nissan sedan was travelling along Murrindindi Road about 5.15pm when the driver lost control of the car.
The car left the road and crashed into a tree.
The driver, believed to be a man in his 60s died at the scene.
