Emergency services attended a single vehicle crash in Glenaroua on 15 October.
It's believed the vehicle was travelling along Seymour-Pyalong Road just after 12.30pm when it struck a tree.
The yet to be identified male driver, and only occupant, has died at the scene.
The exact cause of the crash is being investigated.
