A motorcycle rider had died following a fatal crash in Abbotsford this morning.
Police have been told the solo was seen travelling at a fast rate of speed on Johnson Street before the rider appeared to lose control and crash about 12.20am.
Sadly the male rider died at the scene.
Police are working to confirm the identity of the man which at this stage remains unknown.
Enquiries in relation to the solo have revealed the bike to be unregistered and without registration plates.
Officers are urging anyone with information about the identity of the rider involved to come forward.
