Emergency services responded following a crash in Swan Hill West this morning.
It is understood the driver of the car lost control of the vehicle on Sea-Lake-Swan Hill Road.
Officers located driver, a 26-year-old man from the Buloke area, deceased inside the vehicle about 7am.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
