Police are responding to serious crash, Chatsworth

A 61-year-old Kybong man remains in a critical condition following a motorcycle crash at Chatsworth on August 20.

Initial investigations indicate just after 9.30am on the Bruce Highway, a motorcycle left the roadway and crashed into a guardrail.

The 61-year-old rider was transported in a critical condition to Gympie Hospital, where he was then airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
