A man has received serious injuries, as a result of a single vehicle truck crash today.
Initial investigations indicate, at around 5.30 pm the truck left the roadway and collided with a tree, causing a lane blockage.
The injured man was subsequently transported from the scene, to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for medical treatment in a stable condition.
The roadway at that location is closed for the safety of investigators and drivers are urged to consider alternative routes.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
