Police are currently at the scene of a serious crash at Peregian Springs.
Initial investigations indicate three vehicles collided on Emu Creek Road around 6:50am.
Three people have been taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital for treatment.
Emu Creek Road is closed in both directions between Murdering Creek Road and Sunshine Coast Motorway with local diversions in place.
Police ask motorists avoid the area and seek and alternate route.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
