Yarra Crime Investigation Unit detectives have arrested a man following a police car ramming in Fitzroy last night.
The 35-year-old man was arrested at a hotel in Spencer Street Melbourne about 4.40pm today.
The arrest follows the ramming of a police vehicle in Holden Street Fitzroy about 7.20pm last night.
The man remains in police custody and the investigation remains ongoing.
