A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to numerous offences that occurred across Sydney's west this week.
About 9am (Tuesday 16 July 2019) the man allegedly stole a number of items from a service station on Henry Street, Penrith.
The operator of the service station flagged down officers from the Nepean Police Area Command, who were patrolling in the area.
Officers located the man and arrested him following a short foot pursuit.
He was taken to Penrith Police Station where further checks revealed he was wanted in connection with a number of offences
He was charged with enter enclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse (x2), armed with intent to commit indictable offence, stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm (domestic), break and enter house steal value worth $60,000, contravene prohibition/restriction in apprehended violence order (domestic), larceny (x3), receive/dispose stolen property (x3) and possess identity information to commit indictable offence.
The man was refused bail and was due to appear before Penrith Local Court today (Wednesday 17 July 2019).
