Gang Crime Squad members have arrested a man as part of an investigation into a fatal stabbing in St Kilda on 4 December.
The 18-year-old was located at a bus stop in Deer Park around 5pm, he was arrested following a recent public appeal.
The Albion man is currently assisting the Homicide Squad with their enquiries.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
