Police arrest men for drug trafficking

Two men will face court today (27 May) on drug trafficking charges after drugs and cash were located in the western suburbs.

Just after 9am on Tuesday 26 May, police searched a property at Tennyson and allegedly located 200kg of cannabis. Police have arrested two men for drug offences.

A 46-year-old man was arrested and charged with trafficking controlled drug, two counts of possess a controlled drug, possess cannabis oil and possess ammunition without a licence.

A 51-year-old man from Walkerville was arrested and charged with trafficking in large commercial quantity of cannabis.

Both men were refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 27 May.
