Knox Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives have arrested a teenage boy in relation to an indecent act that took place on a walking trail in Ringwood on 21 September.
It is alleged a man was walking his dog along Mullum Mullum trail when he was approached by an unknown male who performed an indecent act about 6pm.
A 15-year-old boy is expected to be charged on summons at a later date.
