Police arrest three after break-in at Brighton, South Australia

Three teenagers have been arrested after a break-in at Brighton in the early hours of this morning.

Police will allege that just after 1.30am today (Friday 8 November), patrols were called to a house in Dunluce Avenue after reports that four youths had broken into the property, and stole a handbag and other items.

They fled the scene, and dropped an iPad and iPhone that had been taken from the premises in nearby bushes.

Police dogs Havoc and Bandit were called in to assist in the search for the suspects, and just after 4am one of the suspects was located in Oraston Avenue.

A 13-year-old boy from Ingle Farm will face charges of being unlawfully on premises, possessing a housebreaking implement and breach of bail.

Two other suspects were arrested just before 6.30am.
