Police arrest three men over robbery at Para Hills, South Australia

Three men have been arrested following a robbery at a Para Hills petrol station overnight.

Just after 9pm last night (Wednesday 15 September), police attended a petrol station on Bridge Road, Para Hills after reports three men entered the store, verbally threatened staff and demanded cash. Staff handed over cash from the til and the three men left the store on foot.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

Police patrols were quickly on scene and located three men on Montague Road who matched the description provided by witnesses at the scene. Police will allege these were the males involved in the robbery and they were arrested without incident. A search of men resulted in cash being located on one of the men, believed to have been stolen from the petrol station.

Two of the men, a 19 year-old from Ingle Farm and a 19 year-old from Craigmore have been charged with aggravated robbery and refused bail. They will appear in Elizabeth Magistrates Court later today.

The third man, a 21 year-old from Adelaide, has also been charged with aggravated robbery and has been granted police bail to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 19 October.
