Police arrest two after Traralgon crime spree

Latrobe Crime Investigation Unit detectives have arrested a man and a woman after a series of armed robberies, aggravated car jackings and aggravated burglaries in the Traralgon area over the last week.

Investigators with the assistance of specialist units arrested the man and woman in Traralgon around 8.40am on Thursday, 18 November.

It is alleged the pair committed a series of armed robberies, aggravated burglaries and other offences in the Morwell and Traralgon areas between Monday, 15 November and Thursday, 18 November.

A 22-year-old Traralgon man and a 17-year-old Traralgon girl are currently assisting police with their enquiries.

Investigators are urging anyone who may have seen a white Toyota Hilux, black Ford Ranger or a silver Hyundai Genesis acting suspiciously over the last few days in the Traralgon or Morwell areas, to contact Police.
