Police have arrested two men following a crash in Grangefields this morning.
The arrests came after a Chrysler sedan was allegedly stolen during an aggravated burglary at a home in Wendouree about 8am.
Police received multiple calls regarding the vehicle being driven erratically and at high speed on the Western Freeway.
The vehicle was located near Leakes Road about 10am after it had crashed into the wire barrier.
Two men were arrested after a short foot pursuit.
Both were taken to hospital for observation and remain under police guard.
