A woman has been arrested following a break-in at a building in the Adelaide CBD.
About 3am on Wednesday 23 September, police were called to North Terrace, Adelaide, after reports of a break-in at a tertiary education facility. It will be alleged that a woman entered a loading dock and stole several laptop computers and a mobile phone.
Patrols searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
Just before 6am, police were called back to the same property after reports the woman had returned to the area.
A 30-year-old Ingle Farm woman was arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass, being unlawfully on premises and three counts of theft. She was refused police bail and is expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 23 September).
All stolen property was recovered and returned to the owner.
