Officers from the Victoria Police Water Police are attempting to locate the owner of a kayak that was found washed up on the beach at St Leonards this morning.
The kayak was located at the beach near the intersection of Bluff Road and Murradoc Road about 10am.
Police have released an image of the kayak in an attempt to locate the owner.
At this stage police haven't received a report of anyone missing.
The kayak is white in colour and a Kobie brand.
