Latrobe Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following an alleged hit-run collision in Traralgon where a pedestrian was injured in August.
It is understood there was an altercation between two men who were known to each other, before one of them was hit by a car on Watkins Court about 5.45pm.
A 45-year-old Traralgon man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released.
The driver of the car allegedly failed to stop and fled the scene.
Detectives executed search warrants yesterday as part of their investigation and a man was arrested.
The 21-year-old Traralgon man has been charged with offences including reckless conduct endangering life and intentionally causing serious injury.
He was remanded to appear at Latrobe Valley Magistrates' Court today.
