Police charge man after stabbing in Dandenong

Greater Dandenong Criminal Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man after an assault in Dandenong last night.

It's alleged two men and a woman, known to one another, were involved in a dispute on Orgill Street on Tuesday, 16 November about 6.20pm.

The victim, a 37-year-old Dandenong man, was allegedly stabbed during the incident and was taken to hospital with suspected serious injuries.

A man and a woman were arrested at the scene without incident.

A 20-year-old Dandenong man has been charged with intentionally cause serious injury.

He will appear at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court today.

A 28-year-old woman of no fixed address was charged with offences unrelated to the incident including breaching a court order.

She will appear at the Dandenong Magistrates' Court today.
