Police charge man over wounding, Woodridge

Police have charged a man over the alleged wounding of another man at Woodridge last night.

It will be alleged that an altercation occurred between two men who are known to each other at an address on Defiance Road, when a 35-year-old man sustained lacerations to his forearms.

Paramedics transported the man to Logan Hospital in a stable condition.

Police arrested a 31-year-old Woodridge man at the scene, and he has subsequently been charged with one count of wounding.

He is scheduled to appear at the Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
