Police charge pair after gym thefts

Detectives from Brimbank Embona Taskforce have charged two teenagers following a number of alleged thefts from gymnasiums in the northern suburbs last month.

A 14-year-old Manor Lakes teen has been charged with;

• Burglary (x 5)

• Theft (x 7)

• Theft of motor vehicle (x 5)

• Commit indictable offence on bail (x 5)

He has been remanded to appear at a children's court tomorrow.

A 15-year-old St Albans teen has been charged with;

• Burglary (x 5)

• Theft (x 5)

• Theft of motor vehicle (x 5)

• Commit indictable offence on bail x 5

He has been further remanded to appear at a children's' Court at a later date.
