Police Charge Teen After School Break, Enter And Steal - Central West

A teenager has been charged after an alleged break, enter and steal incident at a school in the state's central west earlier this month.

About 7.45am on Tuesday 11 November 2025, police were called to a school on Molong Street, Condobolin, following reports of a break and enter.

Officers attached to Central West Police District were told multiple classrooms were vandalised and several electronic devices were allegedly stolen between 1.30am and 3.20am on the same day.

A crime scene was established, and police commenced an investigation into the incident.

Following inquiries, about 8.50am on the same day, detectives seized four laptops, four tablet devices along with four power cables on McDonell Street and Molong Street, Condobolin. All items were seized to be forensically examined.

Following inquiries, about 2pm yesterday (Thursday 20 November 2025) police arrested a 14-year-old boy at Parkes Police Station. He was charged with aggravated break and enter dwelling etc in company steal, and two counts of destroy or damage property. He was granted conditional bail to appear before a children's court on Wednesday 4 February 2026.

Further arrests are anticipated.
