Three people have been charged after offensive graffiti was found on a pylon of the Anzac Bridge at Pyrmont earlier this morning.
About 4.15am on Tuesday 20th May 2025, police received information that three persons were allegedly defacing a pylon of the Anzac Bridge, near Bank Street and Miller Street, Pyrmont.
Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command attended a short time later and arrested two women and a man.
The three were taken to Day Street Police Station where a 52-year-old woman was charged with possess graffiti implement and intentionally mark premises without consent. A 53-year-old woman was also charged with the same two offences.
A 39-year-old man was charged with possess graffiti implement with intent and intentionally mark premises without consent.
All three were granted conditional bail to appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday 9 July 2025.
