Two men have appeared in court charged over the alleged sexual assault of a woman at North Bondi last month.
Following an investigation, officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command have charged two men in relation to an alleged incident involving a 21-year-old woman at a home in North Bondi on Wednesday 6 November 2019.
The men, both aged 52, were arrested at the North Bondi home on Thursday 19 December 2019 and taken to Waverley Police Station.
They were charged with aggravated sexual assault- offender in company with other person/s, and sexually touch another person without consent.
Police will allege in court that the men invited the woman to the home and whilst swimming in the pool, both men sexually assaulted her.
The men were refused bail and appeared at Waverley Local Court, where they were granted strict conditional bail to appear at the same court on Wednesday 26 February 2019.
