A 33-year-old woman from George Town has been arrested and charged in relation to a fire that destroyed a home in Stonehouse Street, George Town on Sunday.
Police would like to thank members of the George Town community who provided information which assisted the investigation.
The Housing Tasmania property sustained about $200 000 in damage.
The woman has been remanded in custody to appear in the Launceston Magistrates Court today.
